Todd Voeks is the Director of Product Development of Undersea Warfare Solutions (UWS) reporting to the Sparton CEO.

Todd has 30+ years of Engineering and Program Management experience developing solutions and leading complex technical programs for the U.S Navy and other DoD customers. His current responsibilities include leading multi-disciplined teams of professionals in fast-paced environments in support of strategic planning, product development, business development and manufacturing management. His background includes expertise in managing multi-million dollar programs from the project planning phase through acquisition, development, and sustainment while achieving operational excellence, continuous improvement, customer satisfaction, and business growth.

Todd holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Central Florida.
