Travis Monick

Travis Monick is a skilled process engineer currently employed at Sparton Corporation since January 2013, where responsibilities include ensuring proper assembly of PCBAs and implementing efficiency improvements using Lean and 5S methodologies. Prior experience includes a role as a student mechanical engineer at Daktronics, contributing to the design and development of LED billboard signs, as well as a position as a process engineer student focused on optimizing assembly line processes through Lean and 5S practices. Travis began their career at Daktronics as a machine maintenance technician, providing essential support for the assembly line by performing preventative maintenance on a variety of machines.
