Chris G.

Chris G. is an experienced Human Resources professional with a background in the electronics manufacturing industry. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Spartronics since July 2020, Chris oversees HR leadership and support for MilAero, Medical, and Industrial manufacturing facilities, focusing on integrating HR and business goals. Prior to this role, Chris held the same title at Sparton Corporation from August 2016 to July 2020, and served as Director of Human Resources at Amphenol DC Electronics from March 2003 to August 2016, where responsibilities included developing and implementing HR functions as a member of the Senior Management Team. Chris began the career as Controller/HR Manager at Muller Printing Company from March 1990 to February 2003, managing both Accounting and Human Resource functions. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Management from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
