Joel Henry

Joel Henry, PE is a visionary engineering leader with over 20 years of experience driving innovation in various sectors. They began their career at Air Liquide America as a Zone Engineer, where they gained invaluable experience in plant engineering and obtained their Professional Engineering license. Joel later worked at NASA as the Orion GN&C Flight Software Functional Manager, playing a crucial role in the development and testing of the Orion spacecraft's software. Currently, as a Software and Mechanical Engineering Manager at Sparx Engineering, they lead teams on intricate projects across multiple industries. Joel is also pursuing a Master's Degree in Computer Science at the Georgia Institute of Technology and a BS in Mechanical Engineering at The University of Texas at Austin.
