Amy Gharst

Amy Gharst is a Senior Operations Leader with extensive experience in customer experience, onboarding, and support within the SaaS sector. They began their career as a designer, working with various clients, and later contributed to companies such as Order Desk where they developed a values-based culture and implemented custom onboarding solutions. Gharst has held roles including Professional Services Manager at Column and currently serves as Sr Manager of Onboarding and Tech Support at SDL. They are also pursuing a Master of Design Science in Design Computing from the University of Sydney while completing a Bachelor of Architecture at the University of Kansas.
