Crystal Garner

Crystal Garner is a User Adoption Specialist at Spatial Front, Inc. since March 2020, leveraging the Prosci ADKAR® Model to drive IT modernization projects and enhance change management strategies for a globally dispersed staff. Garner's expertise includes conducting pre-and post-project analyses, developing user maps for impactful messaging, and managing barriers to change. Prior experience includes roles as Virtual Technology Specialist at the American Council on Education, where significant improvements in user adoption of collaboration technology were achieved, and Education Manager at HRSA Pharmacy Services Support Center, focusing on developing educational strategies. Garner holds an MBA in Information Technology from Western Governors University and a BA in English Language and Rhetoric from the University of Maryland.
