Feng Ni

Feng Ni has extensive work experience in the field of GIS (Geographic Information Systems). From 2016 to present, Feng Ni has worked as a Software Developer at Spatial Front, Inc. Prior to that, from June 2016 to September 2016, Feng Ni worked as a GIS Programmer at Collin County. Feng Ni also has a long history with the University of Texas at Dallas, where from August 2009 to June 2016, they served as a GIS Lab Administrator and Teaching Assistant.

Feng Ni has a solid educational background in Geographic Information Science and Cartography. They obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from The University of Texas at Dallas, completing their degree from 2011 to 2016. Prior to that, Feng Ni earned a Master of Science (M.S.) in the same field from The University of Texas at Dallas between 2009 and 2011. Additionally, they attained another Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Geographic Information Science and Cartography from Nanjing Normal University from 2006 to 2009. Feng Ni started their academic journey by completing a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Geographic Information Science and Cartography at Henan University from 2002 to 2006.

In terms of certifications, Feng Ni has a Certificate in Parallel Programming with Highest Distinction from Udacity, which they obtained in January 2014. They also hold a Certificate in Geospatial Intelligence from the United States Geospatial Intelligence Foundation (USGIF), earned in May 2012.
