Shawn Xu

Shawn is the co-founder of “U Property Management”, a Dallas-based property and asset manager for single-family rental home portfolios owned by domestic and international investors. He leads the company’s strategic direction as well as daily operations and acquisitions. Following 15 years of experience in professional services in several global companies, his property management company has added $30m to assets under management in the last two years. Shawn provides advice from an agency and property management perspective, to help guide product development to best meet user needs.
