Andrew Rose

Andrew Rose is a Chartered Town Planner with over twenty years of experience, currently serving as Planning Director and Design Team Leader at Spawforths, the largest independent planning consultancy in the North of England. They have specialized in development plans, securing land allocations, and engaging with local authorities throughout their career. Andrew joined Spawforths in 2006 after four years at Rugby Borough Council, where they contributed to the Spatial Policy Team. They hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Urban Planning Studies from Oxford Brookes University and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Geography from Swansea University.
