David Rolinson is the Chairman of Spawforths, the largest planning and masterplanning business in the region, where they are responsible for the company's strategic direction and lead the Planning Team on major development schemes. With over 25 years of experience in the Development Industry, David has given evidence at Public Inquiries and led projects requiring Environmental Statements. They previously served as a Planning Assistant at Lewisham Council and progressed through various roles at Spawforths before becoming Chairman. David holds a BA (Hons) in Town and Country Planning from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne and a Diploma in Planning and Environmental Law from Leeds Metropolitan University.
