Hannah Richardson

Hannah Richardson is a Planning Director and Chartered Town Planner at Spawforths, where they lead the Development Management Team and contribute to the Senior Management Team. Since joining Spawforths in 2007, they have provided professional advice to a diverse clientele, including developers and major housebuilders, on a range of projects from wind farms to multimillion-pound infrastructure initiatives. Prior to their current role, Hannah worked at Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council, specializing in large-scale employment sites. Hannah holds a BSc (Hons) in Land Management from De Montfort University and is pursuing a Master of Arts in Town and Country Planning at the University of the West of England.
