Chico, a nationally respected and experienced educator boasting a career that began as a special education teacher and included a position as the Region V representative for the U.S. Department of Education. In 2002, with the philosophy that all children can learn, Chico founded the company that has become SPC Educational Solutions.

Led by Chico, the SPC team brings experience from the highest levels of federal, state, and local educational agencies, as well as the education and educational publishing industries. SPC specializes in four areas: education reform, health education, program implementation, and creative services.
