Sarah Yong

Sarah Yong is a Principal Speech Therapist at the Specialised Assistive Technology Centre (SPD), where they lead an interdisciplinary team and provide clinical supervision while advocating for inclusive communication solutions. With a background in Speech and Language Pathology and specialized training in Assistive Technology and Augmentative and Alternative Communication, Sarah has contributed significantly to advancing AAC awareness both locally and internationally. They have presented at prominent conferences and have collaborated with universities to develop training modules, bridging clinical practice with academic innovation. Additionally, Sarah served on the Executive Committee of ISAAC International and held various positions in professional committees, showcasing their commitment to evidence-based practice and person-centered care.
