Vanessa Arruda

Vanessa Arruda has a robust background in human resources, currently serving in a HR role at SPDM - Associação Paulista para o Desenvolvimento da Medicina since January 2018. Prior experience includes serving as an Assistant in Human Resources at SESI - SERVIÇO SOCIAL DA INDÚSTRIA DR/RO from September 2009 to November 2016, where responsibilities encompassed various HR routines, recruitment, benefits management, functional integration, and conflict management. Earlier in career, Vanessa worked as a Tax Auditor for the Prefeitura Municipal de São Francisco do Guaporé from October 2007 to June 2009. Vanessa holds a degree in Psychology from Faculdade de Pimenta Bueno, a Master's in Business Administration in People Management from Universidade Santo Amaro, and a degree in Indigenous Health and Public Health from Unifesp - Universidade Federal de São Paulo.
