The company started life back in 1998 when its two directors, Duncan Holmes (Boo) and Jonathan Bacon, formed a partnership and created a course that blended two worlds: the world of business and the world of theatre. Jonathan had worked at Lloyds of London whilst Boo had managed a Travel Company and both had left their jobs to train at the world-renowned London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art. From there they went on to become classical actors working with The Royal Shakespeare Company and in numerous films and TV shows. Clients quickly discovered that Jon and Boo’s skills and experience learned from those two worlds helps to create the perfect recipe for becoming powerful and impactful communicators. 

Mike Kelly joined in 2010. Mike has also brought years of experience, performing under intense pressure in some of the most prestigious theatres in Europe and appearing in numerous high profile movies and TV series.

Jan Rees has brought 30 years of expertise in behavioural insights, empowering people to understand themselves and others better.
