Kit is an AI hiring agent that helps you define the perfect hire, then phone-screens every applicant, so your team only interviews people suited to your environment, energised by your goals.

Kit has an active listening phone conversation with every applicant to understand the challenges they thrive in and their unique style.  You pick the high-potential superstars from the CVs, get an overview of all conversations, and interview slots for preferred people. You run the interviews.

Cutting-edge AI Agent technology, trained to spot top performers at a low monthly cost with no placement fee. Kit's only job is to find you the person who will be successful in your team. You know Kit is solely working to help you find the perfect match.

Kit works with teams who care about hiring top performers and know that credentials and keywords alone don’t predict job performance. In one recent role, Kit spoke to 162 applicants for a single vacancy. Two CVs didn't mention the thing the hiring manager needed, but Kit picked it up in conversation.

Every applicant leaves the process informed and respected, whether they move forward or not.
