Matt Smith

Matt Smith has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry. Matt began their career in 2000 as a Consultant at Price Waterhouse Management Consultants, where they were focused on IT Strategy, Delivery Management and emerging technologies. In 2002, they joined Advance Magazine Group as Senior Manager and was responsible for merging the technologies of four distinct companies. From 2004 to 2008, they were the Principal and CTO at E2 Consulting Group, where they grew the company from 5 to 22 employees and increased revenue by 300%. In 2008, they became General Manager at Ascendant Technology and was responsible for the sales, customer satisfaction, delivery, operational and financial performance for the region. From 2013 to 2015, they were a Principal at WORKLIGHT Partners and a Consultant at Certus Solutions Limited. From 2015 to 2017, they were the CTO at BrilliantBlaze. Since 2019, they have been the CEO of Speak2 Software.

Matt Smith obtained a BA in Music from Hunter College and a Music Education N.Y. State certification from Queens College. In August 2022, they will receive The Six Types of Working Genius Certification from The Six Types of Working Genius.
