Joann Neve

Joann Neve has worked in the IT sector since 2006. Joann began their career at Symantec Corp as an IT Manager, where they managed a team of up to 12 system administrators and 7,000 servers/devices in a development environment, a production environment and associated Ethernet and fiber infrastructure, and data center/lab facilities management with an annual budget of over $8M in capital spending. Joann then moved to Kroll Ontrack as an IT Manager, providing large-scale electronic and paper-based discovery and computer forensics services and software. Joann then worked at Hewlett Packard Enterprise Services as an IT Infrastructure Manager, managing a team of geographically dispersed desktop support administrators, systems and network administrators, and infrastructure engineers to deliver global support and solutions. Joann then moved to Daikin Applied as a Sr. IT Infrastructure Manager, again managing a team of geographically dispersed desktop support administrators, systems and network administrators, and infrastructure engineers to deliver global support and solutions. In 2014, they worked at Warner Connect as a Service Delivery Manager. From 2015 to 2018, Joann was self-employed as a Technical Consultant before taking on the role of Director of Information Management at speak2web.
