Guy Chiswick

Guy Chiswick is a business leader with over 20 years of experience in revenue growth and coaching. Guy is currently the Managing Director of UK&I at Speakap, a SaaS HR Tech platform. Prior to joining Speakap, Guy served as the Commercial Director of Retail Media at dunnhumby, and they have also held leadership positions at Webloyalty and Digicom Out of Home.

Guy has a proven track record in helping businesses to accelerate growth. Guy has extensive experience in creating predictable and scalable revenue streams, establishing product and market fit, and winning new business. Guy is also an expert in prospect segmentation and targeting, and they have built a successful channel partnerships strategy that includes agency and client referrals.

In their current role at Speakap, Guy has been responsible for launching the UK&I market, which they successfully scaled pre-revenue. Guy has generated £750k+ MRR of prospects and signed major contracts with clients such as Dominos, Royal Brompton NHS, Bosch, IHG, RAF, Macdonald Hotels and McColl’s. Guy has also led global pitches for McDonald’s, Merlin Entertainment and Primark to the final 3 vendors.

Guy is a passionate advocate for the power of coaching, and they are a member of London Collective and ScaleWise. Guy is also a regular speaker at events and networking opportunities.

Guy Chiswick has a certificate in business and personal coaching from Barefoot Coaching Ltd. Guy also has a BA Hons in business studies from Teesside University, and A Levels from York Sixth Form College. Guy has GCSEs from St Peters School in York.
