Influencer, Talent & Speaker Agency

Representing Creators, Campaigners & Innovators of Positive Change

Founded by Yolanda Copes-Stepney

At Speak&Do Agency we represent talent that use their platforms to advocate for positive change. We work with brands and talent to create strategic content and campaigns designed to entertain and engage audiences.
Founded in 2016, by Yolanda Copes-Stepney, Speak&Do has led the way in diversity, inclusion and representation, signing Black, Asian and people of colour at a time when other agencies wouldn't sign them.
We are proud to represent change makers and we continue to campaign for equality, equity and inclusion.
