Laura MacKenzie

Laura MacKenzie is an accomplished communication consultant and director with extensive experience in sales and account management within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Principal Consultant and Managing Director at Speakeasy since January 2022, Laura leads initiatives to enhance communication effectiveness for Fortune 500 clients such as Accenture, EY, and Microsoft. In addition, Laura holds the position of Global Account Director at HPN Global. Previous roles at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company include various task force positions, such as Senior Group Sales Manager and Senior Catering & Group Sales Manager, where responsibilities involved overseeing group and catering sales strategies. Laura's earlier career at The Ritz-Carlton also featured roles as Catering Sales Manager and Meetings & Special Events Manager. Laura holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management and English from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business.
