SpeakForward is a communication training and development practice helping individuals, teams, and organizations communicate with clarity, confidence, and impact.

We work on the communication that actually fills a professional week — meetings, presentations, client conversations, feedback, interviews, and high-stakes moments — through:

→ One-on-one coaching for professionals building presentation skills, executive presence, interview readiness, and everyday communication confidence

→ Workshops and training programs for corporate teams: presentation skills, meeting communication, feedback conversations, and leadership communication

→ Communication and storytelling training for nonprofits: mission storytelling, advocacy, and donor and community engagement

Our approach is practical, not motivational. Every engagement is built around real situations, usable frameworks, guided practice, and action plans participants apply the same week — because communication is a learnable skill, and confidence is a result of preparation.

SpeakForward was founded by Dr. LC Ricke, who pairs a Ph.D. in Communication with 15+ years of executive experience leading operations, advising leadership teams, and building high-performing organizations.

Based in Houston, TX. Serving clients in person and virtually.
