Riya Arora

Riya Arora has a range of work experience in project management, community building, and product research. In their most recent role as a Product Excellence Manager at Ivykids (formerly Yellow Class), they collaborated with cross-functional teams to prioritize product features and conducted market research to inform product roadmap decisions. Prior to that, they worked as an Independent Consultant, assisting startups and companies in building their communities and implementing engagement strategies. Riya also has experience as a Product UX Researcher at Labster and Kazoop.app, where they conducted user interviews and worked on community-led growth. Additionally, they have held roles as a Project Manager at o2one Labs and as a Project and Marketing Manager at CloudSherpa. Riya Arora's work experience demonstrates their expertise in project management, research, and community building.

Riya Arora completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Chitkara University, starting in 2019 and finishing in 2021. Prior to that, they attended Panjab University from 2016 to 2019, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a specialization in Marketing. Additionally, Riya Arora has also obtained several certifications, including "10 Mentorship Sessions" and "100 Mentorship Minutes" from adplist.org, which were obtained in February 2023 and July 2022, respectively. Riya also obtained a certification in "Financial Statement Analysis and Reporting" from NPTEL in June 2020.
