Spear OS is being built to become the operational and technological backbone of the moving industry.

We're a 4PL — fourth-party logistics — designed specifically for a fragmented, stressful, deeply human business. For decades, movers and carriers have stitched together their work on phone calls, sticky notes, and spreadsheets across regions that don't talk to each other. We're building the layer that makes all of it work better, together.

The families on the receiving end of a move are usually having one of the worst weeks of their lives. New home. New job. New school for the kids. The boxes are just the surface — underneath is every emotion a person can carry. Spear OS exists to make that week better for the families going through it, and for the associates doing the work to get them through it.

We're holding three non-negotiable goals at once, in this order:

1. Be the best place in the world to work. Not the best in moving. Not the best in 4PL. The best, period.

2. Build a generational, category-defining company.

3. Make Spear OS the obvious default in moving — so that one day, not using Spear feels weird.

Associates first. Everyone else follows.

We're early. We're hiring. We're building this on purpose with purpose.

If you're a mover, a carrier, a future associate, or someone who's been waiting for the moving industry to grow up — we'd love to meet you.
