Brian Mack

Brian Mack is co-founder of Spear Technologies and serves as its Chief Revenue Officer. He and CEO Jose have a long history of bringing innovation to the P & C industry, which formed the basis and inspiration for Spear Technologies.

Brian is a successful executive with more than 28 years of sales and marketing experience in insurance software. Prior to co-founding Spear Technologies, he was Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Systema Software, through its acquisition by Insurity. Brian played a key role in strategic business development, guiding the company through the promotion of new and expanding product capabilities including mobile apps, cloud hosting and business intelligence. He also forged strategic alliances with other industry-leading solution providers to offer a best-of-breed approach to customers.

Previously Brian was Vice President of Sales at leading P & C systems provider Valley Oak Systems. When Valley Oak was acquired by Aon e-solutions, he served on the executive committee spearheading the integration of the two companies, while continuing to increase product sales.

Prior to Valley Oak System, Brian was the Director of Product Sales for Data Executives International, Inc., managing sales of an underwriting application to life insurance carriers. Other insurance products he has championed include risk management information systems for Alexander & Alexander, Inc., and claims administration systems for Marathon Systems.
