Len Rodkey

Len Rodkey began their work experience in 1995 as a Business Analyst/Claims Liaison/Data Analytics at RISCORP Insurance, where they served as a mediator and translated between the claims and information technology departments. Len then worked as a Business Decision Support and Data Analyst at The Zenith Insurance Company in 1997. In 1998, Len joined Unisource Administrators as the VP of Operations, where they ensured compliance with jurisdiction requirements and implemented automated billing processes. In 2007, they became the VP of Operations and Chief Operations Officer at Guarantee Insurance Company, where they established a satellite location and developed new processes. Len joined Insurity formerly Tropics Software Technologies in 2008 as the Director of System Implementation, leading teams in implementing workers' compensation software solutions. From 2019 to 2021, Len worked as the Director of Operations at David Bayer Businesses. Currently, Len is the VP Industry Solutions at Spear Technologies since April 2021.

Len Rodkey has a Master's degree in Management Information Systems, General from the University of South Florida, which they obtained before 2005. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Insurance from Florida State University, starting in 1996 and completing it in 1998. Their undergraduate studies were completed at the University of Tampa - John H. Sykes College of Business, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from 1988 to 1992.
