SPEAR Training Center is a premier personal training and sports performance facility located in Vernon Hills, Illinois. Since opening our doors over a decade ago, we've helped elite athletes (NFL, NBA, professional, collegiate, and youth levels), dedicated everyday warriors, and fitness enthusiasts unlock their full potential through integrated, results-driven programs.
At SPEAR, we focus on unlocking the key to human performance by integrating three essential pillars that work synergistically for sustainable success:

Training — Private and semi-private training programs built for the individual to maximize results. Our customized one-on-one and small-group sessions, sports performance programs, team training, Pilates, and structural balance assessments are tailored to personal goals, fitness levels, lifestyle, and evolving needs—delivering personalized coaching, education, and strategies for peak performance and injury prevention.
Recovery — Advanced therapies including Fascial Stretch Therapy, IASTM, clinical massage, Sigma Q recovery systems, and Sigma Q Neurotherapy to reduce inflammation, accelerate repair, and prevent injury.
Longevity — Nutrition coaching, supplementation guidance, lifestyle optimization, body composition strategies, and proactive wellness for lasting health and vitality.

Our passionate team of experienced coaches provides the education, tools, and individualized support needed to achieve meaningful, lasting results—whether you're chasing peak athletic performance, injury prevention, or lifelong health.
Train hard. Recover smarter. Live stronger.
