Sai R. began their career in 2010 as a Sr. Technical Recruiter at Vmoksha Technologies. Sai then moved to GCE Solutions Inc. in 2012 and Rapid External Solutions, Inc. in 2013, both as a Sr. Technical Recruiter. In 2014, they joined GDKN as a Sr. Technical Recruiter, followed by Infosys in 2015 in the same role. In 2019, they were a Sr.Tech LEAD at The Boston Group, before becoming a Lead Recruiter at the same company in 2020. In 2021, they were Program Lead-Talent Acquisition Specialist- at TEKWISSEN® and is currently a Technical Lead Manager -Talent Acquisition at Spearhead Technology.

Sai R. attended JNTU from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
