Grace Leonard

Grace Leonard is currently the Enterprise Solutions Manager at Spearline, a position they have held since October 2020. In this role, they proactively monitor toll and toll-free numbers globally, optimizing customer experience and communications for companies like Google, Cisco, Mastercard, Intel, Airbnb, and many more.

Prior to joining Spearline, Ms. Leonard served as the Senior Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer at King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Centre - Gen. Org. from April 2014 to June 2020. In this role, they provided administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer and assisted with a variety of projects related to hospital operations.

Before their work at King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Centre - Gen. Org., Ms. Leonard worked as a Legal Secretary in the Clinical Negligence Department at Mayo Wynne Baxter from August 2013 to March 2014. In this role, they provided administrative support to the lawyers in the department and assisted with a variety of legal projects.

After completing their Leaving Certificate at Schull Community College in 2002, Grace Leonard pursued a career in legal secretary skills by obtaining a certificate from Griffith College Cork. Grace then furthered their education by obtaining a certificate in EDI Level 3 Certificate in Management Principles from E-Learning. Grace also obtained a certification from SMART Majority in Executive Office Skills. In addition, they also obtained a certification from Shaw Academy in Foundation Diploma in Social Media Marketing. Furthermore, they also obtained a certification from Robust Training in ECDL 5.2. Lastly, they also obtained a certification from King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Centre in Advanced Microsoft Excel Level II as well as an Exceptional Performance Award 2018 from KFSH&RC-J.
