Tyler Betts

Tyler Betts has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a Security Engineer at SpearTip since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Security Analyst III at SpearTip from June 2021 to January 2022, and as a Security Analyst I from January 2021 to June 2021. Before joining SpearTip, Tyler worked as an Associate Analyst at SpearTip from October 2020 to January 2021.

Prior to their roles in the cybersecurity field, Tyler gained experience as a Technical Specialist at Apple from July 2019 to October 2020. Before that, they worked as a Groundskeeper at Quincy Country Club from June 2015 to July 2019. Tyler also has experience as a Crew Member at Goodcents Deli Fresh Subs from September 2018 to May 2019.

Tyler Betts graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity from Maryville University of Saint Louis in 2021. Additionally, they obtained the CompTIA Security+ ce Certification from CompTIA in September 2021. In December 2022, Tyler received the CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst (CySA+) certification from CompTIA. Most recently, in February 2023, they obtained the Foundation Level Threat intelligence Analyst certification from arcX.
