John Franco

John Franco has extensive work experience in project management and engineering. John started their career as a Controls and Instrumentation Engineer at Bechtel Corporation in 2001 and worked there until 2003. John then joined SPEC Services, Inc. in 2005 as a Project Engineer and stayed with the company until 2010. At Oxy, they served as a Project Manager from 2010 to 2014. Later, they joined California Resources Corporation as a Gas & Power Engineer (Sr Facilities Engineer) from 2014 to 2016. Currently, they are employed at SPEC Services, Inc. as a Project Manager since 2016.

John Franco earned their Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from UCLA, where they studied from 1996 to 2001. Following this, they pursued a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from California State University, Los Angeles, from 2003 to 2005. In addition to their formal education, John holds a certification as a Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute.
