Steven Makepeace

Steven Makepeace has extensive experience in the Auto ID field, currently serving as Director at Spec Systems since August 2008, where a merger with Barcape was successfully executed. As an integration specialist for Zebra Thermal Transfer printers, Steven oversees key project accounts across the African region and holds the position of Technical Director. Prior to Spec Systems, Steven was a Shareholder and Owner at Barcape from 1989 to 2008, focusing on distribution and integration of Zebra solutions. Educational achievements include studying at Hottentots Holland High from 1984 to 1992, followed by Business Computing and Information Technology at Boston Computer Schools, where Steven has attained various qualifications in business computing and programming languages.
