Swadee S.

Swadee S. currently serves as the Head of People Operations at Specbee, a position held since June 2021. Prior experience includes an HR Manager role at an IT Company for a brief period in early 2021 and a position as Head of Recruitment Operations at a consulting firm in mid-2020. From November 2017 to May 2020, Swadee was a Senior Executive in Training at a technology firm and worked as a Business Lead at a leading consulting firm from October 2009 to March 2017. Swadee holds degrees in HR Leadership and Human Resources Development from the SP Jain School of Global Management, and an M.Sc in Psychology from the University of Madras.
