Vincent Smith

Vincent Smith is an experienced educator with a diverse background in special education and early intervention. Currently serving as an Early Intervention Specialist at Special Needs Network, Inc. since February 2023, Vincent previously worked as a Title I Instructor at Catapult Learning, where instruction was provided to K-8 students in Language Arts. As Program Director at Educating Young Minds, responsibilities included program development and college preparation assistance. Vincent also served as a Professor at DeVry University and an Adjunct Professor at Westwood College, teaching general education courses. Experience as a Special Education Specialist at Azusa Unified School District involved supporting K-12 students, while the role of Resource Specialist at Ontario-Montclair School District focused on teaching mild to moderate K-12 students. Vincent holds a Master of Education in Special Education from California State University-San Bernardino and a Bachelor of Science in Health Services from San Diego State University.
