Our Mission: 
Special Spirit is dedicated to providing affordable equine assisted therapy to children and adults, through a unique program that blends able-bodied and special need riders.  Our lessons foster confidence and independence while providing an atmosphere of social acceptance. Physical activity and interaction with large animals has been shown to promote a heightened sense of well-being and confidence, and it is our mission to make this experience available to all those in need.

Our Vision:
Special Spirit’s immediate vision is to; a) grow our therapy riding programs to include vaulting, EAP, (Equine Assisted Psychotherapy, addresses a variety of mental health and human development needs), and expand our able-bodied riding program; b) start an after school riding programs for at risk and abled bodied teens, c) start an after school art and garden program to help stimulate the creative mind of our children.
