Rena Kimura

Rena Kimura is an experienced HR professional with a solid background in training, recruitment, and employee relations. Currently serving as the HR L&D Manager at Specialized Group since April 2012, Rena is responsible for developing training programs, implementing reward schemes, and managing internal policies. Prior experience includes multiple roles at Thomson Reuters, encompassing HR Manager, HR Specialist, and In-house Recruiter, where Rena focused on human resources, employee relations, and candidate management. Rena began a career as a Recruitment Consultant between June 2006 and December 2008. Rena holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from California State University, Chico.
