They have extensive experience managing manufacturing operations across various industries, including wire, alloying, and medical manufacturing. Previously, they held significant roles at Torrey S Crane Co., Radcliff Wire Co., and Pearse Beartram, where they improved production efficiency and implemented quality assurance practices. Dan also owned D&J Machine Co., specializing in custom design and fabrication for medical-grade wire production. They are pursuing their studies in Machine Shop Technology.
