Amanda O'Rear is a highly experienced finance professional who has held various leadership roles in companies such as Specialty Program Group, Avant Insurance, M*Modal, and Nationwide Insurance. With a background in accounting and finance, Amanda has managed accounting operations, FP&A, tax, treasury, audit, and M&A for high-growth insurance businesses. O'Rear has also worked in public accounting and has experience in Sarbanes-Oxley compliance requirements and internal audits. Amanda holds a BSBA in Accounting and Finance from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
