Caitlyn Robinson

Caitlyn Robinson has a diverse background in customer service and administrative roles. Starting as a Customer Service representative at Farmers Insurance from February 2008 to October 2010, Caitlyn developed exceptional customer service skills while managing multiple computer systems and handling data input for new claims. Caitlyn then progressed to administrative roles at HUB International from May 2023 to June 2025, serving as both an Administrative Assistant and Operational Specialist. Currently, Caitlyn holds the position of Client Care Coordinator at SPG - Specialty Program Group, beginning in June 2025. Caitlyn’s qualifications include adjusters licenses in 47 states and a foundational education from East Kentwood High School (2004-2005).
