Robert DeLuca has over 20 years of experience in the field of quality assurance. Robert began their career in 1996 as a Compliance Specialist and Quality Assurance at Genzyme Biotechnology. In 2004, they moved to Kennametal as a Quality Assurance Engineer Supervisor and LEAN Coordinator. In 2010, they became a Quality Assurance Engineer II/Supervisor at Hitchiner Manufacturing. In 2011, they took on the role of Quality Manager at North East Precision. From 2013 to 2019, they served as Quality Manager at Kennametal. Most recently, they have been the Quality and Service Manager at Sensory Analytics since 2019.

Robert DeLuca attended Hesser College.
