Danielle Goad

Danielle Goad is currently a Product Manager at Specright, but they have also held positions as an Operations Manager and a Supplier Quality Engineer Intern. Danielle attended Cal Poly Orfalea College of Business, where they earned their degree in Applied Business and Production Management.

In their role as Operations Manager, Danielle was responsible for leading a team of 12 students through a 10-week course that integrated a manufacturing business and production systems experience. This experience included design, prototyping, processing, quality control, resource management, cost-control, customer support, marketing, sales, packaging, and technical documentation. Danielle and their team were successful in producing 145 units of the Herban Garden, an indoor herb garden with a built in LED grow light and subterranean watering system.

As a Supplier Quality Engineer Intern at Illumina, Danielle was responsible for conducting supplier audits, reviewing supplier corrective action requests (SCARs), and updating supplier performance metrics. Danielle was also responsible for maintaining the supplier audit schedule and conducting on-site audits at supplier locations.

Danielle Goad received their Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo. Danielle also has a certification from GS1 US in GS1 Standards Professional and another certification from Salesforce in Salesforce Trailhead.
