Tom Preston

Tom Preston is currently the VP, Business Development at Specright. Prior to this, they were the Executive Director NPED Centers of Excellence & Global Productivity Leader at Avon from February 2009 to September 2017. There, they led a global R&D initiative implementing harmonized Formula & Packaging Platforms and integrated reporting with Supply Chain and Finance partners. Tom also championed the reorganization of NPED teams to focus on best practices, innovation, and product development disciplines.

From September 2017 to March 2019, Tom Preston was a Senior Consultant at Comerigo.

Tom Preston has a long history of working in leadership positions in various companies. Tom is an expert in Organizational Development, Lean Six Sigma, and Project Management.

After completing their undergraduate degree at Michigan State University, Tom Preston went on to earn their MBA from NYU Stern School of Business. Tom also holds a certification in Servant Leadership from LinkedIn, which they earned after completing a course taught by Ken Blanchard.
