Adam Simon

Adam Simon, MBA, has a diverse background in retail and operations management, with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Head of Retail Performance Delivery at Specsavers since June 2017, Adam has held various roles within the company, including Retail Performance Manager and Regional Relationship Manager. Prior to Specsavers, Adam was a Retail Territory Manager at Tatts Group and held the position of GM/CEO at Brazilian Butterfly Australia. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Back In Motion Health Group, Medfin, Integrated Recruitment Group, Adecco Group, and Westpac, where Adam developed a strong foundation in sales and training. Adam holds an Executive MBA from the Australian Institute of Management, alongside diplomas in management and financial services.
