Clare Zen is a versatile and driven retail director at Specsavers with 30 years of experience in the optical sector, having worked in both NHS and private practices in Australia and the UK. Clare has held various roles, including assistant manager and orthoptist, and has developed extensive cross-functional knowledge in clinical, surgical, specialist optics, and management. Currently, Clare is also a lecturer in Optical Dispensing at The University of Western Australia, where they lead workshops for the Doctor of Optometry course.
