Daniel Hedman

Daniel Hedman is an experienced technology and project management professional, currently serving as a Generative AI Engineer at Scale AI since December 2024, where responsibilities include training large language models to improve generative AI capabilities. Prior to this, Daniel has held various pivotal roles at Specsavers since January 2015, including Technology Manager and Service Delivery Manager for Northern Europe, focusing on IT service delivery and management across multiple countries. Daniel's extensive background also includes leadership positions in companies like Optimal Apps Sweden AB as CTO, ePocket Solutions AS as Project and Quality Assurance Manager, and Acando as Senior Project Manager. Daniel holds a degree from Chalmers University of Technology and has been involved in project management and IT governance through several professional organizations, including the International Project Management Association.
