David Clare is currently the Head of Demand Planning for Europe at Specsavers, bringing over 10 years of experience in commercial strategy, product and brand development, and business analytics from roles at Mondelēz International. In previous positions, David served as the Customer Development Manager for Tesco Seasonal and led the Mondelēz Seasonal Confectionery business in Asda, where they earned the “NAM of the Year” award. David has also held various positions within the FMCG sector, including managing the UK Meals business unit and overseeing significant brand portfolios. They obtained a first-class BA Hons in Philosophy and Politics from the University of Leeds.
