Dimple Kumar

Dimple Kumar is a Clinical Performance Consultant and Contact Lens Business Manager at Specsavers, a position held since January 2012, where responsibilities include overseeing the sales performance and growth of contact lenses across 180 stores nationwide. Previously, Dimple served as a Store Director, managing two stores and leading a team of 13 to achieve significant sales growth through effective management and marketing strategies. Dimple's career in optometry commenced as an Optometrist, focusing on clinical testing and supervising pre-registration optometrists. Additionally, since January 2016, Dimple has been involved with WOPEC, playing a vital role in accrediting optometrists for Enhanced Optical Services and providing assessments to improve their skills. Dimple holds a Bachelor's degree in Optometry from Anglia Ruskin University, completed in July 2011.
