Eric van Baars

Eric van Baars is the Director of Specsavers Den Bosch Centrum & Helftheuvel, where they utilize their interpersonal skills to motivate teams and enhance work satisfaction. They have extensive experience in the optical field, having worked as an optician and a learner optician at various companies prior to becoming a director. Eric has been an assessor/examiner at Summa College since 2018, emphasizing education and mentorship. With a background in optical sciences, they have consistently focused on both personal knowledge growth and leading teams effectively. Additionally, Eric is the DGA of Van Baars Management BV since 2006.
