Gemma Smith

Gemma Smith is an HR Business Partner at Specsavers, where they have been contributing since 2020. Previously, Gemma held various HR roles at Vision Labs - Specsavers from 2011 to 2020, including HR Officer and HR Advisor. Prior to their HR career, they successfully operated a music school and worked as an HR/Recruitment Administrator at Southern Cross Health Care. Gemma holds an Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management from Worcester College of Technology and a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Music from the University of Wolverhampton. Additionally, they are an accredited mediator and a member of the CIPD.
