Jarrad Schell

Jarrad Schell is a senior finance and commercial executive with extensive experience in strategy formulation and execution across various industries. They began their career at Ernst & Young, gaining nearly a decade of expertise in accounting, audit, and advisory roles before progressing to key finance positions at Coles. At Coles, Jarrad held leadership roles that included Head of Commercial & Strategy and Head of Commercial, Strategy, Livestock & Export, overseeing significant organizational transformations. Currently, they serve as Finance Director for Australia & New Zealand at Specsavers, alongside pursuing a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting.
